JMD Leadworks LLC — Helios Platform
Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account or using the Helios platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
JMD Leadworks LLC ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company") develops and operates Helios, a roofing operations platform accessible at rrservicesonline.com, designed exclusively for use by professional roofing contractor organizations and their authorized staff.
Who May Use Helios
The Helios platform is a business-to-business service. To create and use an account, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
•
Be authorized to act on behalf of your roofing company or organization
•
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during account setup
•
Agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization
Account Access
Access within Helios is role-based. Each account is assigned a role that determines what data and features are accessible. Users may only access data and features relevant to their assigned responsibilities.
Account Security
Authentication is handled through Google Sign-In. We do not store passwords. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Notify us immediately at info@jmdleadworks.net if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You may use the Helios platform solely for legitimate roofing contractor business operations, including:

Managing and tracking appointments assigned to your campaign
•
Overseeing your team
•
Generating, reviewing, and paying invoices
•
Accessing performance reports and AI-generated insights
•
Communicating with homeowners via SMS and call tools for appointments in your campaign
•
Syncing reviewed appointment data to your authorized Google Sheets
Your access is limited to data belonging to your own campaign. You may not access, view, or attempt to retrieve leads, unreviewed appointments, or data associated with any other contractor or campaign.
You agree not to use the platform to:

Access, scrape, or harvest data not associated with your assigned campaign
•
Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent access controls or authentication systems
•
Use communication features to send unsolicited messages, spam, or content unrelated to legitimate appointment management
•
Upload, transmit, or store unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or fraudulent content
•
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any part of the platform
•
Share your login credentials or session with any unauthorized person
•
Use the platform in violation of any applicable law, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, or applicable state privacy laws
•
Impersonate any person, company, or entity
•
Introduce malware, viruses, or malicious code into the platform or its infrastructure
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.
Your use of Helios is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights. By using the platform, you agree to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels of any kind.
Through the platform, you will have access to personal information belonging to homeowners — including names, addresses, phone numbers, and appointment details — for the purpose of managing your campaign's appointments.
By accessing and using this data, you agree to:

Use homeowner data only for the legitimate appointment management and communication purposes for which it is provided
•
Not export, share, sell, or repurpose homeowner data outside of the platform without proper authorization and legal basis
•
Comply with all applicable privacy and consumer protection laws, including the TCPA with respect to phone and SMS communications
•
Not contact homeowners for purposes unrelated to the specific appointments and campaign for which the data was shared
Misuse of homeowner data is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
The platform uses AI services to generate performance report narratives and insights for your campaign. By using these features, you acknowledge that:
•
AI-generated content is produced automatically based on your campaign's aggregated performance data
•
AI-generated reports and insights are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional business, legal, or financial advice
•
Accuracy of AI-generated content depends on the quality of underlying data; we do not guarantee all output is accurate, complete, or error-free
•
No personally identifying information about individual users is included in data submitted for AI processing; only aggregated metrics are used
You retain responsibility for reviewing AI-generated content before acting on it or sharing it with others.
The platform enables SMS appointment reminders, confirmations, and call routing to homeowners associated with your campaign, facilitated through a third-party telecommunications provider.
By using these communication features, you agree to:

Send messages only to homeowners who have provided consent to be contacted in connection with their scheduled appointment
•
Comply with all applicable telecommunications laws, including the TCPA and state-level equivalents
•
Not use the platform to send bulk promotional messages, unsolicited spam, or communications unrelated to appointment management
•
Accept that message delivery is subject to third-party provider availability and carrier conditions
Standard message and data rates may apply to recipients depending on their mobile carrier plans. We are not responsible for any carrier charges incurred by homeowners.
The platform includes invoicing features for generating invoices and processing payments through third-party payment processors.

You are responsible for ensuring invoice details are accurate before submission
•
Payment processing is subject to the terms of the applicable third-party processors
•
We do not store credit card numbers or full bank account details; payment credentials are handled entirely by the respective processors
•
Disputes about invoice amounts or payment processing should be directed to info@jmdleadworks.net
•
We reserve the right to suspend invoicing features in the event of suspected fraud or misuse
All software, design, code, content, trademarks, and materials comprising the Helios platform are owned by or licensed to JMD Leadworks LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for its intended business purposes. This license does not include the right to:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the platform
•
Reproduce or redistribute any platform content, designs, or software
•
Use our trademarks, service marks, or branding without express written permission
Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation.
We work to keep Helios available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party service disruptions, or events outside our reasonable control.
We are not liable for losses or damages resulting from platform unavailability or service interruptions.
The Helios platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JMD Leadworks LLC disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content or third-party data transmissions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JMD Leadworks LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JMD Leadworks LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

Your use of or access to the platform
•
Your violation of these Terms
•
Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
•
Your misuse of homeowner data
•
Any third-party claim arising from your actions on the platform
Termination by You
You may request account deletion at any time by contacting info@jmdleadworks.net.
Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in unauthorized or fraudulent activity, misused homeowner data, or posed a security risk to the platform or other users.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your license to use the platform immediately ceases. Sections 12, 13, 14, and 16 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Wyoming.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email and post updated Terms with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
